Dear experts
I have developed one software in c# and sql server2005 for OPD section of doctors
I have made contact with company for that,
I have enquired about price of that software then input come to me as 10000 to 15000 per copy
But that company is asking me to give whole and sole rights of that system
How to deal with them and also how much price I should tell as I am giving whole rights to them. For the sake of you I have attached ppt which gives little bit idea about system and also there are many some more functionalities which are not stated in ppt

thanks for your reply
I mean to say if i do busuiness of it then i can get 10000 to 15000 Rs per client but as one person want whole ownership so that then after i cant do anything of it then at that time what should i quote to them. i also agree with him because i dont have time to give more time to my system and also i am busy with other things

So are you saying that you started this project without an agreement with anyone and there is no one specific that is expecting to get it in exchange for something If so then that sounds good. If you have developed it and have it working good but you don't owe anyone for something they gave you, then you are in a good position.
I did not look at your presentation closely but my impression is that it is a good to excellent presentation.
So are you saying that you have made a presentation to a company and they want to pay you money in exchange for ownership of the system and then they can sell it but you cannot? If so then I don't understand what you mean by "10000 to 15000 per copy". Does the per-copy price apply if the other company purchases it from you or is it what you are hoping to get for it if the other company does not pay for ownership of the software?

but initially i have started it for my practice and i had not made contact with anybody until it completes then how it becomes too large to do busuiness of it i dont know and when i started it i didnt think i can make busuiness of it. but when i manage demo with one company then after all things came in my mind.

After completion of soft development, you are going to quote for your OPD software to company. Mayur take a right decision for your hardwork.

If you are giving the whole license, then it depends upon the situation of deal, and technology used in building the package.
