Well, you can do this like following: FileStream fs = new FileStream(ImageFileName, FileMode.Open, FileAccess.Read);
BinaryReader br = new BinaryReader(fs);
byte[] image = br.ReadBytes((int)fs.Length);
br.Close();
fs.Close();
now you can use this image as per your need

Hi Vanitha, If at all you want to compare two images, first you need to convert those images into byte array and then you can compare both byte arrays.

If you want to do an exact pixel-by-pixel comparison, you can load both images then combine them using the XOR flag.
This will zero-out all identical pixels and leave different pixels with non-zero values.
The concept is explained in this Wikipedia article:

Or you can use an image processing library such as this Combine function
