Hi Akshay,
In-Process state management: The In-Process type of Session state management stores the session in memory on the web server. In order to have a user always reconnect to the same web-server, a sticky server is needed. Out-of-Process state management: Out-of-Process Session state management stores data in an external data source. The external data source may be a SQL Server or a State Server service. Out-of-Process state management requires the objects in a session to be serializable. .
Thanks
