I think you have an IEnumerable of objects like IEnumerable and you need a List so apply ToList() method to your result. ex:- db.Employees.ToList();

You are trying to map your model property or model which is not same. If still not clear please share models and code where you are getting error. or after your query you missed    YourLinqQuery.ToList()

There is a problem in Namespace, you can change your namspace to
using  System.Collections.Generic;
After setting the namespace you have the  same issue you need  use  IEnumerable .
You have to create a temporay class with your properties as in select statement and return IEnumerable of that class. public   class  MyClass     {        public  Products product { get ; set ;}        public  Sale sale { get ; set ;}     }
Then modify your function to return IEnumerable. IEnumerable Products = Cache.Get( "product" )  as  IEnumerable;   Enumerable sale = Cache.Get( "sale" )  as  IEnumerable;
