Cannot implicitly convert type string to system.collection.genericlist

Hi Ramco,

You need to create class

public class ResponseData
{
    public int Id { get; set; }
    public string Name { get; set; }
}

public class Response
{
    public bool Status { get; set; }
    public List Responselist { get; set; }
}

now then

 var resultSet = JsonConvert.DeserializeObject(response.Content);
 return resultSet;

Can you check the class you're defined, it supposes to be like below

Class Response

{

bool status

List data // check here what you assigned, I feel you set it here as string, please change it to list with respective class object

}

class datum {

int id

string name

}
