It's more memory efficient than a bool[] or a List
This can be useful where you need to deal with data at the bit level or to use as little memory as possible when storing such values. It has And, Or, XOr and Not operators to assist with this.
However, it is relatively slow compared to doing bit arithmetic directly (using C#'s &, |, ^, ~ operators) on integer values.
