i have two databases,one is Old and second one is New
...I changed one stored procedure in new databases ,,,and it excute in old databases also
,,, but when compare tow databases ,there is one difference shows ,that is
in old databases shows
SET ANSI_NULL OFF
Go
SET QUOTED_IDENTIFIER OFF
GO
------------------------------------------------
in New databases shows
SET ANSI_NULL ON
Go
SET QUOTED_IDENTIFIER ON
GO
here i executes same procedures in two

prasant is right. this all depend on setting & version of sql server.
can please share detail about new and old database.
like database are on same server
sql server are same.
etc.

Its all Database Settings,It wont be restored with Stored procs.
Go to Object Explorer --> Right Click on Database --> Properties --> Options --> In the Miscellaneous section we need to set the Properties for ANSI_NULL and QUOTED Identifier n all.
Please Check.
