IF I have Visual studio 2010 32 bit ? may i be able to install and use SQL SERVER 2012 Management studio on my machine with windows 8.1???

You can install it in win 8.1 and also win 7 serv pack-1.. if you get any problem to install sql 2012 in win 8.1 the you should first install sql 2008 then 2012. it will work.
