Control Classes

I think you are trying to build a ASP.NET MVC pattern project and you want to create the Controller class in your project. I would highly recommend to read articles from C# Corner website to know more about the ASP.NET MVC Model. Microsoft provides framework to build such projects which contains structures for each layer (even sample controller classes to begin with) this will give you a good idea on how to design controller class based on your requirements. Since designing controller class required complete knowledge and vision of the project you are the best person to design that.
