TreeNode mainroot = new TreeNode();//Parrent
mainroot.Text="Parent";
TreeView1.Nodes.Add(mainroot);
TreeNodeCollection nodes = TreView1.Nodes;
TreeNode child1 = new TreeNode();
root2.Text = "ChildOne";
mainroot.ChildNodes.Add(child1);
and so on....
