if your way encryption:
aspnet_regiis -pe "connectionStrings" -app "/SampleApplication" -prov "RsaProtectedConfigurationProvider"
, decryption file config can be crack, but the example above you do not decryption if you do not have private const string SharedSecret = "?????";

you can use Asp.net default encryption technique that is
aspnet_regiis
the syntax are as follows
aspnet_regiis -pe "connectionStrings" -app "/SampleApplication" -prov "RsaProtectedConfigurationProvider"
