I want to display my excel sheet in my share point site. For that Whether Office web apps is necessary?

Sorry, My question is i am created one site to show excel sheet. In that i want to configure excel services to show one excel sheet in that site. To show that Excel sheet in client Browser "Office Web Apps" are necessary?

If you asking about displaying Excel in users system then the users system must have excel installed.
