for learning mvc should C# topics will be clear??

Backend technology of ASP.NET Webforms or MVC is c#. If you are learning any of them then you will be automatically familiar with c#.

 

You don't need to learn c# separately If you have the basic understanding of conditions, loops, operators, classes, objects and basic OOPs concepts. Your logic will clear then you can easily learn syntaxes.

If you need to learn basic concepts then start to take c# console application and learn c# tutorials first.
