Tushar Dikshit · Answer

Full Stack developer is sought after job profile these days. It is well paid job profile in IT. Also no of years of experiecne is not much impact for full stack developer. 3 yr to 5yr could not make much difference, all is skill oriented.    You have to be good at latest UI technologies like Angular, React, Node, TS etc. Understand  CSS, Bootstrap etc. Along withit, hads on in databse side. Relational database is not enough, you could get hands on in document DB, non-relational databse, e.g. MongoDB etc.   Also, cracking coding interviews is next challenge. Implementing Algorthms and coding problems solving is required.   You could land injob with one of the mentioned places.
