        Not to worried about, what you had not done in the past. Live in present. Do start following things.

1) Plan your goal clear. Where do you like to go.
2) Every day read new things about language. Sharp your knowledge about language you love the most.
3) Try to find out jobs from naukri.com or other job portals.
4) You can also try in Banglore and Pune also. They will take your telephony interview.
5) If you like to go in government sector, read daily news paper. Do practice on Reasoning, Mathematics and English. There are also requirement of IT officers in various sectors.
6) Leave or decrease contact with persons who are negative. Because if one mango is bad, it will effect all other mangoes in a basket. So make a distance between those people.
7) Go to library every week or meet your relatives or persons who have deeply knowledge about the market. May be that will helpful to you. I am also do such things. Meet people, gossip with them, find something new, search on net, get a knowledge and be happy with this.
8) Flush out from your mind that your are negative thinker. Whenever you wake up, make a smile on you face and thank god for today's day. Always be happy, people like happy persons. And make sure that you are not opening your heart with everyone. Because every person is not our well wisher.

        And dear, I am an article writer. If I start writing more here, may be I will write 10 to 15 pages on this. So, first implement this thing. If you have any confusion, contact me.

Do not get frustrated. you may get the opportunity at any time. But you want to keep the opportunity with you then you need to do some thing special.

I think some body is searching the job then it will be ideal time to improve the skills.

Now they start the education at 3 and finishing at 17. Then immediate at college till 21 or 23 then if they go for job again 20 to 30 years its continuous.

No need to worry about... your turn will come... make sure you are preparing well for the interviews...

My surroundings are also same like this.So,I think I had changed like that only.

More than one and half year,I am suffering from joint pain disease.Treatment is going on but,pains are not decreasing.

My target is to get a job at the end of this year itself.

    I first of all thankful to you that you openly discuss your problem in front of us. As per your reply I can give following suggestions.

1) Be brave. Don't let fear in be step in your mind.Because, if you have fear, you can't give proper or correct answers even though you know.
2) Be prepared before interview. For which technology you are preferring, read all small small things about it, it will help you to give written test precisely.
3) Don't think negative. It will decrease your confidence. Be positive. Think what you can that other can't. What type of strength you have, utilize it. Don't think that you have wasted any time after.
4) Observe market, what type of requirement they have currently. Do you have that ability? If yes, go for it. If no, find alternative.
5) Be practical. What you know, implement it in your exercise. Try to make some programs that will implements real things like sending mails from program, web services, json-xml uses etc. So much thing you can do. Search relevant project in freelancing sites. It will help you to understand how can you use your language in which application.
6) Don't leave anything in middle of way. Finish it first. Why can't you do this? There are so many experts in this site that you can ask them your problems about your implementation. You can take ideas. Yes, you should always be creative. Creative mind automatically tells you to do something which never been implemented.
7) Don't compare yourself with others. You are only one. Forget about what others are doing. What you are doing? Ask yourself. What achievement you get? Yes, well and good. No, try to achieve. Pass any certification exam. Be master of one thing. Instead of looking here and there in many languages, be expert in one thing, this will help you to clear your goal.
8) Every day read something new. This will help you to grow up your mind. Not only languages books, you can read whatever you like, novels, story books, magazines. It will lest you should fail. Positive attitude will automatically make home inside your mind.

Hi,

I attend the min no of companies,but, If I attend the interviews they will conduct the Written Test.
I had not qualified in any of the interview(Written Test)Process.
So,I am upset for my Knowledge and Skills.
I have fear about the interview.
My Fresher period time is also wasted due to my negligence.
In these 5months, I think I  am through in HTML,ASP Static Pages design,some of the SQL Server concepts and little amount of Java Script.

I know the concepts,but I don't know where it is placed.

As per my knowledge about language and interview skill, I will give the rank for myself 8 out of 10.


Plz help me

I want answer for following questions.

1) In how many companies you went for interview? what they want from you?
2) Do you have fear about interviews?
3) In which language you are interested to make your future? Do you have grip on basic knowledge of them? because in company interview,if basic fulfilled, go for advance.
4) Which types of questions did they asked you in interview and you couldn't given answer?
5) What rank you will give to yourself if asked for out of 10 (as per your knowledge about language and interview skill) ?

  Some others also want to ask, but for now these are sufficient.
