Getting process cannot access error

Question

Hi,

I am getting a process cannot access error when trying to save an xml document.

I have read the file with an XMLTextReader and added new elements to the file. All the code to write the new nodes executes, but when I use the XMLDocument.Save() method, I get the above error.

What's up?

Tom

Thanks Vulpes, that took care of it

As you're writing back to the same file, I'd see if it makes any difference if you close the XmlTextReader first:
string filename = (@"C:\Users\Public\Documents\AccountPro\Exceptions.xml");             XmlTextReader textReader = new XmlTextReader(filename);             XmlDocument xmlDocument = new XmlDocument();             xmlDocument.Load(textReader);
textReader.Close();

No, here is the code

Has the file you're trying to save to already been opened by another process such as a text editor?
