Globalization Localization Asp Net MVc

Question

hello guys. i'm using Globalization and Localization in my Asp Net Mvc project.. i'm facing an issue in it. the lables in my view. when these are marked through razor like   @Html.LabelFor(m=>m.Name)    then after change to arabic it's change the name to arabic. but if i use traditional labels of HTML like   Name*     then after selecting arabic the values of this lable is not changed to arabic ? does not simple html markup supports globalization/localization in mvc ?    kindly tell me how can i fix this ?

Can you try like this:        @(CommonLogic.GetTranslatedText( "labelResourceKey" ))         public   static   class  CommonLogic   {        public   static   string  GetTranslatedText( string  key)         {              // TODO: fetch the corresponding string from your resource file              ResourceManager resourceObj =  new  ResourceManager( "MyApp.Globalization.Resources.Resources" , Assembly.GetExecutingAssembly());                 string  value =  string .Empty;              try              {                 value = resourceObj.GetString(key, Thread.CurrentThread.CurrentCulture);            }              catch  (MissingManifestResourceException ex)             {                 value = key;             }               return  value;         }   }

You need to create a custom attribute which will fetch value from resource file. And attribute needs to bind with the property. Have a look:  public   class  GlobalDisplayNameAttribute : DisplayNameAttribute   {        public  LocalizedDisplayNameAttribute( string  key):  base (FormatMessage(key))       {       }           private   static   string  FormatMessage( string  key)       {            // TODO: fetch the corresponding string from your resource file            ResourceManager resourceObj =  new  ResourceManager( "MyApp.Globalization.Resources.Resources" , Assembly.GetExecutingAssembly());               string  value =  string .Empty;            try            {               value = resourceObj.GetString(key, Thread.CurrentThread.CurrentCulture);          }            catch  (MissingManifestResourceException ex)           {               value = key;           }
return  value;       }   }      public   class  Employee   {       [GlobalDisplayName( "empName" )]        public   string  Name {  get ;  set ; }   }

thanyou for your reply but i think you did not get the question right.   i said. look i've a model with only 1 property   [Required] public string Name (get; set;)    i'm using this property in the view for textbox like @Html.TextboxFor(m=>m.Name)   but for the label of this property i use simple HTML label tag " Name "  instead of @Html.LabelFor() helper method.   when i use HTML lable. then Name is not converted to Arabic through globalization. but when i change Html lable with Razor syntax helper method then Name is converted to Arabic..   i want to know why this globalization is not working with simple HTML label ? how can i make it work with HTML labels ?
