How to access datagridview in another form

i m having two diff windows forms, create datagridview in 1st form I want to call this datagridview in second form, actually I want to Show sum of datagridview in second  form     please help

In form1 you need to make public and call it from form2 and also few examples are there you can check it too. Thanks
