How to add bullets in table colmns field?

In want to add bullets in the Table column field, so how to add Bullet points?

I have a label (fixed label + database value label) in the table column. Depending on condition some labels are set as visible=false. so I'm not to able to add bullets.

What ascii character is your bullet? ASCII characters can go into your table with no problem.
SQL> create table supp (
2 col1 varchar2(10));
Table created.
SQL> insert into supp values ('* word');
1 row created.
SQL> select * from supp;
COL1
----------
* word
SQL> insert into supp values (chr(38)||' new');
1 row created.
SQL> select * from supp;
