How to call a private method from another class?

hi I have a public class with a private method inside this class, I want to call this private method from another class. I know I can use reflection or delegate but I should do it without using reflection or delegate.   public   class  MyClass   {         private   void  Method()         {                 //method codes          }   }   how to call Method?   thanks

You can use reflection to call private method from another class. private class MyPrivateClass { private string MyPrivateFunc( string message) { return message+ "Yes" ; } } access it class Program { static void Main( string []args) { varmpc= new MyPrivateClass(); Typetype=mpc.GetType(); varoutput=( string )type.InvokeMember( "MyPrivateFunc" , BindingFlags.Instance|BindingFlags.InvokeMethod| BindingFlags.NonPublic, null ,mpc, new object []{ "IsExposedprivateMember?" }); Console.WriteLine( "Output:" +output); Console.ReadLine(); } } Hope it will works for you.

In short, Private methods and fields are only accessible within the class they are defined, if you want the method to be accessed from other classes as well, you will have to make it public , or if you want it to be accessible to deriving classes then you can declare the methods or field protected

Hi Thanks for writing below links helpful for you....... use setAccessible(true) on your Method object before using its invoke method . Hi Friend, Private method could not call to another class or outside of class. Only public methods only we can do it
