How to find controls inside datagrid in silverlight?

Hi,
This is Rajesh. I am developing an application in silverlight to generate online question paper. For that i have to create One form to enter Questions to database with all required options. At final i completed the design. With this user can enter Question and 4 options for that and select one correct option. Now i want to save all details entered by user into database. How can i do this?
Anybody please help me how to do it? Its very urgent for me.

Thank you pravin, For giving reply. But first to do all these things i want to find out the controls in Datagrid. First i want that how to find the controls in datagrid?

Hi Rajesh,
Just create 1 table say QueAns with 1st column as identity and then 1 coloumn for question and then no. of coulmn for maximum posible answer option may be 4,5,6 etc. depends upon you and then 1 column for correct answer(option). Then gets values from controls and fire insert query from your code.
and then when you want to use this table to generate quetion paper use all field except answer and use radio buttton for options and while checking answer check last field of answer with clicked radio button.
