How to make Forms background FULL TRANSPARENT

Question

I am making an application in which i want to make my forms background transparent , then i want to use an PNG image with transparent background , whenever i try to do this it shows a white background !
Note :
I have used and it won't worked for me
1 - onpaint override method ..... 2 - bgcolor = magenta and transparent key = magenta
Now what to do ???? please reply me at your earliest ....

Hi,
Set the form's Opacity property to 0.0 [complete transparent] & 0.5 [partially visible] & 1.0 [fully visible].
