how to modify windows local users properties like "Remote Desktop Service Profile" and "Environment" using C# in windows server 2008 R2

Are you sure that  "Remote Desktop Service Profile" and "Environment" are the same thing? I assume they are not, in the sense that modifying them are done very differently.
Are you sure that there is not an article in this web site that helps? If not, then there should be.
