ser_amt = Convert.ToDouble(textBox25.Text);
this line to Error!!
input string was not in correct format
bill for ser_amt textbox bill value to enter successfully but  update for Error Show in input string was not in correct format

hi, check  textBox25 text box value , this value should be able to convert to double, other wise you will get error as you mentioned, this textbox value should contain only numbers and one decimal point ex: 255,25.5 even spaces also should not be there

What is the value of  textBox25.Text you are passing? It seems like this is a string value that's why you are getting this Error.   Try to debug and check what is the value of textBox25.Text
