intelligent character recognition -ICR
Hi dear friend i have try to develop intelligent character recognition(ICR) software using C# windows application. please help me friends.... Its very neded.. help me friends

From what I've read, I think ICR is used usually for recognizing handwritten text, so it's a bit different from typical OCR. I haven't used ICR before, but I did use OCR of scanned documents with good results by using a commercial toolkit named Lead tools. The reason I mention this is that they also have ICR module, but like I said, I didn't really try it. Project Hawaii is developed by Microsoft Research and having one module OCR. I think they have source code also. Go through it and it will give you guidance to write your own character recognition program.
