Am planning for PMP Certifications.
But before that am looking into others to share their comments and inputs who already PMP certified.
Is PMP Certification worth it and how it would boost our career prospects?
And what is cost for certification in India?

I'm no project manager, but since I have attended a meet up collaborating on PMP yesterday itself, I would love to explain what I've learnt and I think I definitely have the answer for you.
For sure PMP certification is worthy but only if you already have experience in managing at least 2-3 projects. It just adds a certification credential in your exposure that you've been managing projects right now and You're a certified Project Manager Professional. If you're PMP certified and have not managed any project running under your supervision, it would be of no advantage in most of the cases. As per latest trend, they expect certified PMP with the experience of managing 2-3 projects.
For now, it costs around 45K in India.
Hope it helps :)
Thanks.
