Within the VS editor, you have to place the URL within either a comment (as you're doing) or within a string literal. For example:

 string s = "http://www.google.com";

You should find that the URL is then underlined and if you CTRL+Click it, it will open the link in a new tabbed window within the editor.

Suppose there is a program in VS environment, I wish to referrer particular website, I wish to know whether there is any other way to give a link. Currently I am giving following way. Issue is highlighted.
