Loading XML File

Question

Hi,
I have a class library in a solution, and have added an XML file to it.
In the solution, there is also a web project, and windows project. these 2 projects use the above mentioned class library for data-access / logic etc...
I'm trying to load the XML file in a class in my class library, but whats the path?
is it compiled into the assemblies?
any ideas much appreciated.

So, if  I well understand you don't know the path of the xml file, please could you precise if the xml file is on your hard drive, on the internet or elsewhere or embeded in a ressource file so that I can help you

yes, i know how to load it... but whats the path going to be?

Include the system.xml name space then
create an xmldocument instance then use the load method
xmldocument doc = new xmldocument();
doc.load(/*put the path here*/);
you could also do this
doc.loadXml( .... );
