if the teller application database makes great use ms sql server or access if the program I created using a visual language C # applications visual studio 2010?
and can give me an example of coding class with the database sql or access?

You can use both of them, if you are developing application which requires security you can prefer Microsoft's SQL Server database else MS Access.
