There is some overlap in principle between modular and OO programming in that both attempt to break down the task in hand into smaller tasks. However, in modular programming, the modules are completely independent whereas you can, of course, create multiple instances of a class.

They're nothing to do with functional and modular programming as such though, nowadays, what are basically object oriented programming languages may support some aspects of other paradigms as well.
For example, the later versions of C# support some aspects of functional programming.
