and if you are gonna use it in all your pages you can register it in the web.config instead of repeating the above lines in all the pages,and you can do that like this :
configuration >
system.web >
pages >
controls >
add  tagPrefix ="IND"  src ="YourSource.ascx"  tagName ="InderGrid"/>
controls >
pages >
system.web >
configuration >
and then you can call it in any page without registering the control first.

i think you should register the Custom control in the page before you try to parse the page like this :
%@  Register TagPrefix ="IND"  TagName ="InderGrid"  Src ="YourSource.ascx"  % >
