In ASP.net there are many way to popup screen, from those Jquery model dialog is very popular.
this dialog box contain feature like The dialog window can be moved, resized and closed with the 'x' icon by default.If the content length exceeds the maximum height, a scrollbar will automatically appear.
It very easy to use.

1> AJAX Modal Pop-up
2> Javascript Modal Dialoug
