I am getting the world's most annoying error message. When I try to run my Form, an error occurs when I try to access some Resources which I have included in the Resources.resx for my Project:
Could not find any resources appropriate for the specified culture or the neutral culture. Make sure "Presentation.Properties.Resources.resources" was correctly embedded or linked into assembly "StuffLender" at compile time, or that all the satellite assemblies required are loadable and fully signed.

The only thing Google turned up was a Microsoft
support article which says: "To resolve this problem, move all of the other class
definitions so that they appear after the form's class definition."
I don't even know what that means. In a VS solution with 4 different projects (n-tier), where is the start? I've never thought of code appearing before or after other code.
Does anyone know how to solve this?

That is not the case here. There are no classes before the class definition of my main form. Not in the same file anyway. If it is compiling something in before that class, it could be doing that from any number of cs files.
The MissingManifestResourceException has many suggested solutions on the net. Most involve ensuring that namespaces are all in check. None fit my situation.
The best I could do was a work-around. I added a new Resources file "Icons.resx" to the project and worked off that. The other stock-standard Resources.resx file in Properties is now dead wood.

Probably the reason you are having difficulty finding a solution is that it is so simple. Your form code looks something like this:
In the above code, the Maverick code is someplace it does not belong. Simply move it down below the form class. Depending on how large it is, it might be better to move the Maverick class to another file.
