Problem with using datagridview in Windows Form Application

Hi,
I am writing a windows form application. I am using a Tabcontrol1 in that one more tabcontrol2 In this Tabcontrol2 I am having a datagridview. The rows and columns will be populated programatically. The problem is it taking lot of time to populate. I have tried using threads but of no use. Can anyone suggest how to proceed on this. Thanks in advance.

Just to keep in mind while designing UI that, keep it simple, avoid using high resolution images in background because it also takes some time to rendered on screen.   Things to know about your question: How many records you are fetching?   Share your code to lookup, what you are doing

As this is heavy control it takes much time to load , you can use directly datagridview instead of placing within multiple Tabcontrols , if you are using any background for forms in WindowsApp it will take much time to load.
Use just datagridview, as these are heavy controls.
