problems during uploading website

I  have  developed  a  website using  asp.net 2.0 when  i have  uploaded  it on web sever  i  am  not  able  to access  functions  and classes  defined  in the   class file  in app_code folder

You have a class named ClassFunction.cs in App_Code.
Now you want to call this in one of your .aspx code behind.
ClassFunction objCF = new ClassFunction();
objCF.Method1();
objCF = null;
