I know that I can instantiate the objects from public class. But what about class ( not public )

public class Rect { } // Can instantiate the object

class Rect { } // ?

there is only two type of class in c#
public
internel(default) both class can be instantiated because default access modifier for class in internal type.

Above class also can be instantiated because in C# default access modifier for class is "internal".
