After publish  Web API On Azure display Below Error Message.    Error: Publish has encountered an error. User account needs to be authenticated before calling IAzureRMTenantService A diagnostic log has been written to the following location: "C\User\ID\AppData\Local\Temp\4	mp9992.tmp"

Visual Studio 2017 V15.5.5 has a bug in publishing Please try to update your Visual Studio   OR   Change the target location in publish profile, this error occurs when same folder used for more than one project.
