If the business card image has fixed layout where all fields have known locations, it can be treated like any document used in Forms Recognition. You can use a professional SDK like LEADTOOLS to do the recognition as explained here:   https://www.leadtools.com/help/leadtools/v19/dh/to/fr-topics-programmingwiththeleadtoolsformsrecognitionprocessingengine.html   If the fields do not always have the same location, you can perform OCR and parse the resulting text to find the data you need. OCR code can be as simple as this: IOcrEngine _ocrEngine;   _ocrEngine = OcrEngineManager.CreateEngine(OcrEngineType.Advantage,  false );   _ocrEngine.Startup( null ,  null ,  null ,  null );   IOcrDocument ocrDoc = _ocrEngine.DocumentManager.CreateDocument();   ocrDoc.Pages.AddPage(pdfFileName,  null );   ocrDoc.Pages[0].Recognize( null );   // Save the result to a memory stream as plain text    System.IO.MemoryStream OcrResultStream =  new  System.IO.MemoryStream();   ocrDoc.Save(OcrResultStream, Leadtools.Forms.DocumentWriters.DocumentFormat.Text,  null );   string  txtResult = Encoding.ASCII.GetString(OcrResultStream.ToArray());   _ocrEngine.Shutdown();
