Recommendation for VPS hosting provider?

Question

I'm looking for a provider that can support me with general cloud based storage, as well as a Windows based VPS. A friend referred me to a company called Virtzone, although I've never dealt with them personally. Any thoughts on Virtzone, or any other potential provider would be greatly appreciated!

There are lot of VPS provider exist in the market.  However, i have little bit experience with GoDaddy. Also i suggest some of the leaders in the markert: Rackspace, orcsweb. There is no best among them. You should decide yourself. Also i suggest to google for a long list, apart from my list.
