Refresh a window and lost programs

Dear I have Refreshed the windows 8 to 8.1 and at that time I have my all data and programs but when I want to get back to window 8 instead of window 8.1 then I go to change pc settings and then refresh the window it removes all my programs , How to get back my previous first time window with programs I have not any restore point created?

Sorry about that Danish, but there is no way you can go back to your initial stage of PC. To go back to a previous stage in computer's life cycle, you have to hold a restore point, backup or such other device ready. If you do not have, then chances are that you've lost your data.
Windows doesn't keep a log of your activity or your hard drive data. You have to manually restore your data; by downloading or installing those programs again.
