how to connect printer scanner to c# codes?     help me guys.!

If the scanner device has a WIA driver, see the following help
https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/windows/desktop/ms629859%28v=vs.85%29.aspx   If the device has a Twain driver, you can use the basic Twain functions from Twain Working group, but this will not be easy. You can find more information here:
http://www.twain.org/   Or you can use a toolkit such as leadtools that supports both WIA and Twain features.
