Sql db files in client machine

Question

Dears,
I'm working in application that uses sql server database
I want to know in what form this db will be in the user's machine after
he install the application?
As I don't want the user to be able to open the db again from the sql server
I'm not asking about the setup process as I already made the setup application
I just want to convert the db into any suitable format which protect it from
opening by the user.

Scenario 1
If you are implementing your project on Clients Machines in LAN Network then
the database Will be on Central PC on which the SQL Server is Installed .and Central PC is Protected by Password so no change to access it by ordinary User .
Senario 2
if you are not implementing your project in LAN and it is just Single user APplication then you can Protect Your data in database by Encrypting it  :)

Yes, the user is working only in his own machine and isn't connected
to any server

If you want to not allow to open database in his local pc, you can do like make a central database and use the 3-tier architecture to develop application
if you did like  this way you dont worry about the database in local pc, it's work like smart client application.

either way you dont need the db on client machines, if you are on Intranet use the connection to the main pc holding the db
if on internet expose the data commands via webservice

why would you do that, the db is not needed on the client machine, if so he will need SQL engine install.
just put the connectionstring in the application configuration file and encrypt it
