String. Is Null OrEmpty(String) Method   In C#, IsNullOrEmpty() is a string method. It is used to check whether the specified string is null or an Empty string. A string will be null if it has not been assigned a value. Better use String.IsNullOrWhiteSpace(String) Method it can Indicates whether a specified string is null, empty, or consists only of white-space characters.
