If possible, also mention the features of the softwares that you use for developing your applicaiton...

Which techinical document you are taking about ? There are various document created during any software's lifeycle, i.e.:
- Functional Requirement Document
- Highlevel design document
- Lowlevel design document
- Release notes, etc.

Technical Document contains -
1. Users requirements (in brief).
2. Technologies used - .NET Framework 3.5/4.0, SQL Server 2005, 2008, Oracle 9i,10g,11i, etc
3. IDE - Visual Studio, Toad, etc
4. Diagrams - Sequence Diagrams, Class Diagrams, etc.
5. Total number of classes and total methods in each class.
6. Total lines-of-codes (minimum LOC(Lines Of Codes) to run app faster on IIS).
7. Targeted users , how the application is user-friendly, scope and future enhancements.
