I need to do Word by word comparison of two strings. Something like diff, but for words, not for lines in c# .diff plex and diff match patch are working on character basis but im looking for word basis.

The DiffEngine class was intended to be used along with the Track Changes dialog, which is obsolete and currently not officially supported.
On a side note, the DiffEngine is not a product of Telerik and it is a third-party one, integrated in the RadEditor logic. You can examine more about it in http://www.mathertel.de/Diff/.
