Temporary Tables in Temp db

drop table #AO554DDE
Cannot drop the table '#AO554DDE', because it does not exist or you do not have permission.

It is also possible that you aready deleted it so recreate and drop to test if that was the case. But yes always use   IF OBJECT_ID( 'tempdb..# AO554DDE ' ) IS NOT NULL DROP TABLE # AO554DDE

If an application/any other process is already connected to the database you are trying to drop , you may get that error. Try to disconnect from the database first and drop the schema , it should work. IF OBJECT_ID(N 'tempdb..#AO554DDE' )  IS   NOT   NULL    BEGIN             DROP   TABLE  #AO554DDE   END    GO

Muhammad Imran Ansari is right, if you want to drop a temp table use
IF OBJECT_ID( 'tempdb..#temp0' )  IS   NOT   NULL   DROP   TABLE  #temp0
