I want to create a Report card of Student in C# .I put "GENERATE " buuon on form and on click of that button Report card field will be automatically filled with respective Marks.How to code it in C# ?

First of all THANKS for helping me.
If have used MS Access as a datbase, so when generate button on Form is clicked it will automatically retrive marks of student fromMarks Table in Database. Content on Report card are created dynamically.So how to retrive those maks in from Marks table to report card.
