Yes, Suthish I agree that something more would help. Another possibility is for the web site to send reminders to the person that has asked a question to mark a reply as an answer if that is relevant. The MSDN forums do that or something similar.

Hi Mahesh,
I think it might be better to have an Administrator Message Board module on Forums Home page.
So Admins directly give message to users, alerts etc...
