Unsigned data type
When it comes to float, double and decimal data types there are no unsigned data types. Please explain the reason.

In those languages, there's no unsigned float or double types either.
The probable reason is that it's just not worthwhile having unsigned floating point types. These types already have a very large range, compared to integers, and using the sign bit to double that range would have little practical value.
