How to get the session id from a windows user control of an aspx  page which contains
the same user control?

No, It is a windows user control.
i have embedded it using the following code in the aspx page.

where Uploader.dll is the windowscontrolllibrary i created.

do you mean a web form user control (ascx extension)  that is contained 2x in the same web form (aspx page)?   One suggestion would be to name the session key differently in each user control based on the id of the control (e.g.  String.Format("City_{0}", ID);
